We have two locations.
We will send you an announcement email, or you will receive a notification email that an item is ready to view in your portal. If you have not yet activated your portal, either of these emails will prompt you to create a password and activate your portal. Please be sure to check your spam box and make Appfolio a trusted sender.
Once you have activated your Owner Portal you can login anytime from a computer, tablet or smartphone.
To view statements, inspections & documents login to your Owner Portal.
If enabled, you can make a secure monetary contribution via credit/debit card or eCheck (ACH) to the property of your choice.
NOTE: The contribution and fee will be processed as separate transactions. The base contribution appears on your statement as a transaction from us and the fee will appear as a transaction from Appfolio.
You will receive an email notification if your payment was successfully submitted. Print or save the confirmation page or email for your records.
1099-MISC forms are prepared, generated and disbursed via electronic communication or by mail each year by January 31st.

In lieu of receiving a check for owner distributions made to you, your payment would be sent via electronic transfer and automatically credited to your account at your financial institution. Once we approve and process your distribution for payment, an electronic remittance advice will be emailed to you and your bank account will be credited.
